REFUND POLICY

In order for us to provide the highest quality service for our guests, we have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy on all activities. Any changes to your itinerary need to be made outside of this 48-hour window. 100% refunds will be given only if changes are made with at least 48 hours notice. No shows will be charged at 100%. Maui Kayaks is not required to call and confirm your reservation once you’re on the island. The email receipt you receive when you reserve your excursion is your confirmation. You can call us once get to Maui to confirm, and for additional directions. It is your responsibility to know where and when to show up based on your reservation. Please note that tour departure sites/locations may be substituted due to weather conditions. You will be required to sign a liability release before going on your adventure.
